Anntremet Cake @ New York City

Anntremet, came from the French word 'entremet', a mirror glaze cake. Owner Annabelle and her husband Peixin funded the company in 2018. Both of them are working professionals in New York City. Out of the hectic schedules, all they wanted was a business of their own that brings joy to the hard working people in the city. The specialty of the bakery is mirror glaze cake, which are mousse cake with a shiny coat that could reflect yourself!! They also hand craft lots of other cakes and deserts that warms people's heart. 

Their wish to the new year: bring more pretty and delicious cakes and deserts to the country
