Our 2022 Christmas Buche De Noel brings back the popular flavor from last year - Black Forrest Log Cake! Chocolate sponge paired with fresh cream and fresh cherry jam, with whole cherries soaked in cherry liquor rolled in the fresh cream filling. Outside of the roll cake is covered with dark chocolate ganache, decorated with merigue mushrroms, cranberries and rosemary.
