This flavor is design for the vibrant spring as well as the beautiful early summer. Yuzu and lemond curd paired with Japanese matcha mousse, finish with pistachio crunch and matcha sponge. It starts from the refreshness from yuzu, to the bitter sweet of matcha and end with the nuttiness of pistachio. Such as journey for your taste bud.

The cake is decorated with chocolate plate, yuzu lemond curd piping, lemond peel and sponge.
