This is our velvety dark chocolate mousse cake!

Inside of the cake is two layers of dark chocolate chiffon cake with raspberry coulee and dark chocolate crunch!! With rich and delicious dark choclate mousse surrounding the layer, we then drenched the cake with our signature dark chocolate mirror glaze to finish, hence the name of the cake.
